The room was filthy! Body hair in the shower along with dead bugs. Dead gnats in the bedding and body hair. Bedding smelled like BO!! Mattress so thin you could feel the springs. Hotel is in a very rundown shady area with abandoned buildings. Two cameras in the parking lot and no security, people walking around the parking lot all night looking in peoples vehicles. The store as they would call it selling $20 bottle water and $10 m&ms that cost $1 at the local store!! Joke!! Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!! NASTY!!! With the Hilton name I would thought it would have been nice or at least decent.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean. The only issue that we had was the tv did not work. The cable would keep going out and we had to call the maintenance man and front desk many times. The issue was never fixed.

When I arrived at the motel at 12:00 am the room had not been serviced. The bed was unmade. When I returned to the check in counter no one was there and two more people were waiting to check in. The person returned to the desk in about 5 minutes. When I told her about the room she had me wait until she checked the other two in. When I got to the second room about 12:45 am the bathroom had a cleaning rag on the bathroom counter.

We have stayed at this hotel since it opened 2-3 times a year. It has went downhill recently for sure. Starting w desk clerk when we arrived. Lobby area was hot like there was no air conditioningl. She was not helpful dressed in sweatshirt and didn’t look or act professional at all. Acted more like we were inconveniencing her. Place was very unkept and dirty. Stuff all over floors and you could tell nothing had been mopped for sometime. Room was ok but, honestly not sure sheets were changed. Again not sure when floor was last mopped because my feet were dirty very soon after getting out of shower. Breakfast was another issue. Pancake machine was not working properly and young lady manning that area was beyond rude!!! I put my plate under it machine instructs you to do. And she came out and threw it aside and said you have to catch it. No way to do that as pancake was sticking to roller. So when it stuck to it. She said it was because I didn’t catch it. lol I was standing there the whole time. Issue was it was sticking. So she totally copped an attitude and went to talk to (another coworker possibly a manager) who came out and was not any better. I suggested maybe they put a sign up saying it was not wkg properly instructing people to do whatever. She rudely said we are not allowed to put up signs. Really?? Ok then how about making some of them in back w the machine and putting them in a warmer? Nooo was the answer! Pd 200 a nite to get tx like this, no thx u! We won’t be back

The property was cool. I only had 2 things that concerned me. 1. There were way too many spiders there and webs were everywhere. 2. I came with 1 other person and we were given 1 hotel key. I requested a second, but I was told they ran out of hotel keys. I don’t know how that was possible while other people were checking in.

Overall not a bad hotel. There system was down so we could not get our key to our room for the first night (We had to have someone take us to our room). As well as I was forced to write down a credit card on a piece of paper for a security deposit since there system was down, which I did not like. TV was nice, shower was spacious, bed was comfy. Blinds didn't roll up all the way and fridge did not get very cold. 5/10 maybe a 6/10.
