“All in all a really well kept , and well organised hotel , Staff were great , food was very good BUT!!! Massive issue , was the temperature of the rooms, It was stiflingly hot ,with all 3 nights of the stay the room temp was up to 38 degrees And when we approached reception, all we were offered was a 7” desk fan , (Not something you’d expect at over 200£ a night,) 2026 , Can’t believe there was no aircon”

“Room and bathroom were lovely,we did have to ask for replacement tea and coffee and clean cups for the room after the first night stay,Was disappointed with the breakfast on the first morning of our stay it was cold and the bacon we couldn't cut it,it was better on the second morning,The staff in the bar were very nice,the overall look of the bar could be made more comfortable/inviting.Overall we have had a lovely 2 night stay.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location. Rooms on the 3rd floor are a little difficult to locate as lift only goes to the 2nd and 4th floor. Not idea if you're on the 3rd floor. Also Spa very expensive: I booked for 30 back massage which lasted 15 mins so check how long it is before booking.”

“They said car parking was included in the price however this needed to be paid on top of the room price.”
