“The Fischers have provided a beautiful country manor and gardens for the use of guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were delicious.”

“I just didn’t like the hotel . View was a car park, had to keep the blinds closed to stop people looking in . Woken up very early by someone banging the bins near the bedroom window. Couldn’t open a tab for drinks and evening meal , had to keep paying for everything separately. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Service was slow . Food was very average. Fillet steak was very boring and dry . Didn’t like the atmosphere. Glad to leave .”

“Beautiful classic Georgian country Pub. Big comfortable room with a huge bathroom. The bed was also big and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the pub so cannot comment on that, but the village has several nice places to eat.”

“Very kind people, cozy ambient with chimenies with fire!!!!! Lovely ”

“Lots of accommodation option in separate estate cottages attached to the pub”

“Good location Excellent accommodation Staff helpful”

“Loud. Incredibly loud. First, they gave no indication that the room I was staying in opened directly onto the street. The door lock was strange, perhaps just something I'm not used to, but I struggled with ensuring that it was locked during the night. (I work in a technical field, I'm not dim, but jeez, I felt stupid) Considering people milling around outside the pub at night were quite drunk, shouty, and possessed of questionable decision making, I ended up putting a chair in front of the door...
