“We were made so welcome, a beautiful guest house, clean and tidy, nothing was too much trouble.”

“Lovely, cosy pub hotel. Great food with a choice of menus, ranging from the tasting menu to simple (but very well done) pub fayre. We chose from the pub menu, special mention to the fish and chips, perfect! Accompanied by a good choice of drinks, with beer from the local Thornbridge brewery. Very handy spot for local attractions. We stayed for one night on a mini-break and the room was perfect. Lovely bedroom decoration, nicely fitted out bathroom with a decent sized bath and rainfall...

“The cottage was lovely, clean and spacious, well equipped. Beautiful location with great views, quiet and seems remote but convenient short drive to shops.”

“Had a lovely 2 night stay at Compton guesthouse. Clean and comfortable very large room with ensuite bathroom (including a bathtub) lovely victorian building. Didnt see any staff during our stay but this was not an issue as given check in instructions via text message. Short walk to centre with numerous bars and restraunts. Will definitely stay again.”

“Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . ”

“One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. ”
