“Good location for old town.Room smaller than expected , more like a holiday inn express than fully fledged hotel.Loved the roof top breakfasst area and bar. Overall slightly disappointed”

“Tuve una habitación pequeñita pero bien. Me faltaba una lámpara de mesa para poder trabajar. Cuando llegue a la habitación, la ventana estaba abierta. hizo mucho frío. Intenté poner la calefacción pero no fue posible. Pase mucho frío toda la noche y la mañana siguiente. El resto todo bien.”

“Nice place next to the Lahn river, with a lovely beer garden. The breakfast was plenty. The room was small, the bed rather uncomfortable as the mattress was thin. The pillow was not an actual pillow, tones of sheets covered whatever and it was so uncomfortable to sleep on. The toilet did not flush.”

“Although the rooms were super clean, I found that the reception was not helpful at all except for one gentleman at night named Mohammed.”

“Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...

“Hotel war grundsätzlich für eine Nacht in Ordnung . Wirkt alles sauber und gereinigt. Unser Zimmer war nur sehr alt, Matratzen durchgelegen. Frühstück war vielseitig und gut. Insgesamt wirken kleine Modernisierungen oft Wunder (meine Meinung).”
