The room was clean. Very good location. Could not sleep at all as the room was too hot. Asked if it could be cooler. Nothing happened. Had to sleep on top of bedding. Window barely cracks. No ventilation. Felt like I was suffocating. Was only 15 c outside so I can’t imagine summer. Would be fine if you like to sleep at 26c.

Good location in the centre of the city. Room design was well considered, but the amount of space given to bathroom was too generous at the expense of the bedroom. Also, there was insufficient space for hanging clothes.

We stayed here in Koblenz and were aware that there wasn’t attached parking, so when we checked in late at night, we asked staff where they’d recommend parking, they were very dismissive saying “have a good day” even though it was evening. We speak German and English and found that to be a bit passive aggressive considering we could communicate in both languages. We are two females traveling and found parking about 15 minutes away, which was fine, just the service from the hotel staff was poor. We ended up leaving after two days instead of staying the full four nights.

If you have stayed in a premier inn before this hotel is like all of the others. Our only frustration was the lack of usable plug sockets on the room, as in the only one we could use was on the bathroom, all on the room had been blanked so we're not usable. Thisade zero sense to us. Appreciate we are Brits abroad, but single duvets on a double bed os also a bit strange.

Das Hotel ist völlig in Ordnung. Als ich da war hat leider die Heizung nicht funtioniert an einem Tag wo das schon sehr grenzwertig war. Außerdem sehr einfache (no-Name) Duscharmatur der (eigentlich) üblichen Bauart wodurch die Bedienung wirklich erschwerrt wurde. Alles Sonstige sehr positiv, besonders auch das Frühstück welches erst mal nach Wenig aussah, tatsächlich jedoch alles dabei und in sehr guter Qualität. Sehr freundliches Personal im Frühstücksbereich...

alles supi inkl. Frühstück bis auf den Verkehrs- und Partylärm in der Nacht. Ohropax sind ein unverzichtbares Reiseutensil am Wochenende in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße weiter oben im Hotel. Wie sagt man so schön…des Einen Freud, des Anderen Leid :)

Φτάσαμε στις 2μμ το δωμάτιό μας ήταν έτοιμο αλλά έπρεπε να περιμένουμε ως τις 3 για να κάνιυμε check in αλλιώς για τη μία ώρα έπρεπε σύμφωνα με την πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου να πληρώσουμε 20€. Αυτό παρ’ όλα τα συχνά ταξίδια μας στην Ευρώπη και στην Αμερική δεν το έχω συναντήσει. Επίσης το μπάνιο εκτός από δύο dispensers με σαπούνι και σαμπουάν δεν είχε ούτε χαρτομάντηλα. Κατά τα αλλα δεν είχα κάποιο πρόβλημα.

Hotel simples e funcional, ideal para quem procura apenas um local para dormir. O quarto é básico, mas atendeu às expectativas nesse sentido. Os atendentes da recepção foram muito prestativos e o atendimento no bar também foi bastante cordial. O ponto negativo ficou por conta do café da manhã, que achei simples e com baixa qualidade. Os ovos mexidos pareciam industrializados e não havia outra opção de preparo, o que deixou a experiência abaixo do esperado. Além disso, a forma como é feita a conferência dos hóspedes durante o café da manhã poderia ser mais organizada e discreta. Ao chegar, fiz o check-in normalmente para o café da manhã e informei o número do meu quarto. No entanto, ao retornar ao buffet para servir mais café, o mesmo funcionário que havia realizado essa conferência voltou a me abordar para perguntar novamente o número do quarto. Como essa informação já havia sido confirmada por ele momentos antes, a situação foi desnecessária e acabou sendo um pouco constrangedora, transmitindo a impressão de falta de organização no controle dos hóspedes.
