“Filthy, unattended, drains clogged up, short of staff… by far this has been the worst hotel I have been in. The cleanliness and basic service performance is appalling. All the drains are clogged up. Other guests were also complaining and the staff couldn’t care less. Do not stay with Travelodge. Their standards have gone way below those of a cheap-hotel alternative. ”

“Un disastro. La camera era si grande, ma polverosa e sporca. Come sporco era tutto l'hotel. Per non parlare del quartiere. Non lo consiglio a nessuno. Al personale dell'hotel poi pare dare solo fastidio. A disaster. The room was large, but dusty and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Not to mention the neighborhood. “Stayed here for two nights when we needed to be close to Elstree studios, which is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good value for money. Very clean, light and good sized room with very comfortable bed. A convenient M & S food store next door. Lovely staff, particularly Julie, who was so friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. ”
