The room was really large and perfectly configured for my family. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and stocked with nice toiletries. The staff was absolutely lovely - we got a tour of the more historic parts of the property and my daughter got complimentary pancakes and waffles with her breakfast. All in all a wonderful stay!

This hotel is located in a perfect area to allow easy walks to many of London's top tourist sites. The property is a gorgeous historic building built in the late 1800s. The neighborhood felt very safe and upscale. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful. We felt special staying here.

This is an outstanding place to stay! The location is close to tourist activities, dining, and an Underground station with three lines. For some reason, the outdoor terrace was closed, which was a disappointment because we like to enjoy outdoor drinks after a long day. Shout outs to Javier and Pervez, who were amazing and helpful!
