A most enjoyable stay. The welcome on arrival was 5 star. Several notes to welcome me. I loved the fact that cleaning was available till 8pm daily, which perfectly suited my own routine. The pool,spa and sauna were all top notch. Cant wait to return to Leonardo Royal for my next visit to London. My stay was truly "Royal".

The lobby smelled amazing every time I walked in. This property offers personalized service. I had a hand written note and bottle of red wine in my room at Check In. The staff was friendly and the executive lounge is a nice perk. The AC works amazing. The lift/elevator was the only downside. Alot of waiting.

The check-in took a long time because I was there at 3 o’clock. The staff mitigated the waiting time by handing out glasses of Prosecco which was an excellent gesture. The amenities in the hotel were excellent for a hotel and its class and entirely as expected. Special mention for Yoanita on the front desk on the day I was leaving, who provided me without any hassle with a lovely cup of complimentary coffee when I needed it!!
