I arrived at the hotel at night only to find out that they had canceled my booking to resell it at a higher price to someone else, taking advantage of the fact that Liverpool FC was playing that day. They didn’t care about leaving us stranded on the street at midnight, in the cold, me and my dad, who is 70 years old and it is his first time in the UK, forcing us to search for another hotel at that hour, and none had...

“The front desk staff were very helpful and very nice. The hotel is right next to the university and a bit away from the central area. Overall it was a nice comfortable stay!”

“Excelente opcion”

“Generally very good. We didn’t like the refresh my room system if you stay more than one night. Receptionists Sunday and Monday evening were great and helpful and friendly. Sunday evening lady went the extra mile. Thank you Monday morning receptionists not so helpful and friendly”

“Customer service really brilliant & quick”

“Liz at the front desk was Great ! She was very helpful with all the amenities and explained option to go out later at night! The room was great, clean and all my family could fit quite well! Location was excellent for someone visiting with no car”

“Amazing place to stay, Great hotel!”
