Convenient location, great as a business traveller in Liverpool . Room had everything I needed: desk, tv, hairdryer, iron, coffee, a safe, even shoe shine. Shower was very nice too. Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well.

Very central, big old Victorian building, very impressive. Inside is modern and quirky. Just stayed 1 night so a very quick visit. Didn’t use bar or restaurant. Room was small And boutique style , clean and very comfortable. Quiet rooms and dark. Would stay again. Right next to station so ideal if coming in via train. Check in was self service and quick. If driving there is no parking so you need to park in public car park nearby. £20 overnight. Would definitely stay again.
