“As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. It was a pleasant step back in time with it's antique atmosphere and original structure. It was my 48th wedding anniversary and staying at a family home made it even more...

“Wonderful staff with easy check-in/out. Enjoyed the evening wine and cheese along with late night cookies and hot drinks. Coffe available right outside the room at 7:30. Short, 10-15 minute, walk to shopping and restaurants. Great stay!”
