Room was very clean cleaning staff very courteous. The breakfast bar was just perfect for a nights stay at that budget. Didn’t have the opportunity to check out the bar and restaurant but had heard it’s very nice. If we’re in the Dubuque area again, we will definitely stay at this motel.

We only stayed a night but the rooms were very clean. The property was nice. The bar and live entertainment were a fun addition. They did have a large on-site pool. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the beds were doubles.

Staff was helpful when the TV didn't work, and with check in. It is just an older motel and it smelled, and needs upgraded. The bed was comfortable, and sheets were clean. There is phone in the room that I'm not sure why it is there as it's not connected to anything, so if you want to call the front desk you need to do it from your cell phone. I'm not sure this is located in a very good part of town. If you are looking for a bed for the night and don't plan to spend any time in your room, then it's an ok place to stay.

Really sweet, niche location. Hidden in its own little area so no unwanted traffic coming through. Very close to anything a tourist would want to do in Dubuque! Room was decent, nothing too crazy, amenities were nice! Lots of pamphlets showing the local events and happenings. Would stay again!
