“El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras.”

“Positives: Hotel was clean, quiet and newish. Breakfast goodish. Negatives Bed too soft. Room nyc-like small. My card was overcharged at the front desk compared to the amount I was expecting as per expedia. When I advised the front desk they were was not particularly understanding or even believing. I had to show my expedia booking on my phone to be believed: the desk person mentioned there was a disconnect between expedia and the hotel systems, whatever that means. “A well converted 16th Century Inn offering very good rooms (though slightly lumpy beds), good ales and food and very friendly staff. We will return!”
