We love the hotel and had a comfort stay, everything good, friendly staff, new, clean, spacious room, clean, modern toilet with good valuation, nice breakfast. I had a really excellent experience staying here. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was large and clean, the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was good - the scrambled eggs were amazing, but the sausages could have been better (though I've had far worse). The lounge area is very good, spacious and comfortable - perfect for a casual meeting.

This is our 2nd trip to Exeter for a University visit. On both occasions we stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott and both tumes we have been impressed by the friendy, helpful staff and how clean and well maintained the hotel is kept. This is the best hotel that we have stayed in and around Exeter. We come quite often because our daughter is at university. The only downside is it doesn’t have a pool but fortunately I had a day pass to David Lloyd which is next door which has a swimming pool. The restaurant is situated on the eighth floor and has great views. You can see Exmouth
