“The hotel and staff really contributed to my partner and I having a wonderful break in Llandudno. The hotel is spot on in all respects and all the staff were delightful. The whole place has a very calm atmosphere and the kindness showed by all the staff was a credit to the business. We will definitely return in the future.”

“The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money.”

“lovely location, very clean, helpful and friendly staff. little disappointed that our 'deluxe' room had a view over the fire escape and a fire door which meant an omnipresent green fire escape light, didnt detract from lovely stay but would ask for a forwadr facing room if were to stay again”

“The room was very tired, shower door hanging off couldn't hang the shower head. Scaffolding across the window anyone could of climbed in the window as the emergency exit is by the window. Cushions, throws and carpet stained, wardrobe hard to close, creaky floorboards, rickety bed and chair, cob webs on ceiling. Staff were ok but weren't round much. Breakfast was basic. Parking is very busy and may have to walk a bit of distance”

“A very warm welcome awaited us. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, and breakfast was really good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel also had its own car park. Will definitely go back.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again”
