Very nice hotel and conveniently located for trips to other towns. The Spa was very nice and the bar restaurant was great. The inclusive breakfast was really fantastic and worth including in your booking! Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Great location and everything was great from us arriving to leaving. The staff were amazing and nothing was a problem whatever we asked for. We had dinner in the restaurant the food was exceptional. Everything including the spa was great. Would definitely return.

This is such a wonderful hotel, in a picturesque location, from the warm welcome by staff to the spotless, modern room, to the luxury spa amenities and the fabulous breakfast. This is my third time here and there will certainly be a 4th, 5th and 6th etc!

Another fantastic stay, faultless. Comfy bed and quiet. Location is great for getting to other places and i love the 10 min walk to Deganwy beach and prom with my dog before breakfast back at the hotel. The food and service are excellent. Staff very helpful, polite and attentive. I would not stay anywhere else. The sunsets from the terrace are awesome with a spectacular view across to Conwy and the Castle. I visit the hotel every year and would not stay anywhere else. I always take my dog so the patio doors on bedroom is particularly great for us. Would like to see a fridge in the room though.

Our room was cleaned every day . Bottled water replenished every day. Staff serving meals were all very helpful. I think the evening menu could have been a bit more varied. The breakfast was excellent .

We enjoyed our recent stay. Large room good view of the bay, walkable to Conwy and Llandudno along the coast. Staff very friendly, good breakfast. Only downside is limited access to the spa which then makes it busy out of hours and not enough room to sit down and relax but overall would recommend
