Me and my teenage son liked the room, restaurant and the friendly welcoming staff. The choice and quality of breakfast was great and all topped off by the superb location. I do hope they have availability next time we decide on a trip to Llandudno as it's now our first choice.

I felt I was in an Agatha Christie story for the whole stay! We felt very welcome all the time, and the atmosphere was excellent. Ian offered us warm and friendly service throughout the stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We wish to come again, hopefully during the summer season!

Lovely friendly hotel with great attention to detail. Rooms spotless with everything you could need. Extra touches like bottled water, plenty of tea, coffee and milk and even chocolates on the pillow. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice. Even gave us a discount card to use for a local restaurant we went too.

The hotel B&B is perfectly situated for the beach. The room was large with a sea view and an en suite, that was a little tired. The breakfast was delicious and the staff really friendly and helpful. Fabulous property such a shame we were put in room 6 with the fire exit. It was quite cold near the exit and my husband didn’t sleep well due to the light being on all night for the fire exit. It was not ideal as there were plenty of rooms free as there was only two couples staying. Breakfast and service was great. Hopefully if we stay again we will avoid room 6.
