“Great location,parking helpful staff”

“Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.”

“NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

“Buena”

“A really nice place and staff were also extremely helpful and friendly”

“The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place.”

“Clean property in good location”

“One lady member of staff was exceptionally helpful and kind she was on duty Thursday morning and afternoon always asked if there was anything she could do for us greeted with a very pleasant smile. When we arrived no disabled friendly room had I got a response when I emailed in September I would have changed to a different hotel. No plugs for medical equipment causing me to collapse on wed night no fridge to keep medication in bed was awful no toilet paper had to buy our own even after...
