Crown Heights Vacation Packages for 2026

My bath tub did not drain, the connecting rooms were very concerning, my window treatments were broken and did not close (room 5211) when I booked the room there was no indication that the hotel was under going construction...meaning closed to the street access and using alternative lobby to check in. I booked two rooms, one room was not even ready at the check in time of 4pm.

The room and property was very clean. All the staff were amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The pictures in expedia have nothing to do with the reality. There si no housekeeping. Is more a hostel than a hotel
