“Was a nice and easy check in, very nice place and spacious enough, had everything we’d need.. only problem was the lack of cleanliness. Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. “Good”

“Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay.”

“ Convenient location close to train station, bus departures, supermarket and start of shopping and restaurant streets. Small room with adequate ensuite and character to decoration.”

“Property was on quiet street. Nice interiors, spacious rooms and bathrooms, spacious kitchen. Lots of shops nearby, including Co-op and Sainsbury's supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops. ”
