“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“L'hôtel bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée. Magnifique terrasse arborée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé le calme du site. Une rénovation de l'établissement serait toutefois appréciable.”
