Newly opened hotel. Very nice relaxing vacation. Only downfall is the surroundings (outside the hotel) may need some cleaning. But it's the hotels' fault.

Supervriendelijk en gastvrij personeel! De accommodatie bestaat pas 3 maanden, dus alles is nog gloednieuw en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De spa in het hotel is echt heerlijk, de zwembaden zijn top en vanaf het dakterras heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de zonsondergang. Ook het ontbijt is een absolute aanrader: uitgebreid, vers en superlekker! Kortom, een fantastisch verblijf en zeker een plek om naar terug te komen!

Chambres propres dommage qu’on ait qu’une seule bouteille d’eau par chambre pour tout le séjour ! Il a fallu que je réclame des serviettes (oubli de la femme de ménage) 3 fois durant mon séjour. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant, hôtel qui manque d’animation dans le rooftop.

Notre séjour a malheureusement été très décevant. La porte de notre chambre se verrouillait mal, nous empêchant parfois d’y accéder ; la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ; nos serviettes ont été retirées sans être remplacées ; et il a fallu appeler plusieurs fois pour des demandes simples. Le personnel du restaurant et deux réceptionnistes ont été adorables et réellement investis, mais cela ne reflète pas l’attitude d’autres membres de l’équipe. Le manque d’urgence et de communication a été constant. Il a fallu près d’une heure pour obtenir un fer à repasser malgré une réservation imminente. Plus grave encore, lorsque nous ne pouvions plus entrer dans notre chambre, on nous a assuré qu’un technicien arrivait. Après une longue attente sans nouvelles, nous avons découvert qu’il n’était même pas en route. Un employé nous a simplement conseillé de « continuer notre journée », alors que toutes nos affaires étaient dans la chambre. Ce manque de professionnalisme s’est répété tout au long du séjour. Aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée et nous n’avons jamais eu le sentiment que nos difficultés étaient réellement prises en compte. L’accumulation de ces problèmes a fortement impacté notre expérience.

Très bon séjour avec ma maman dans cet hôtel. La propreté est impeccable, tout est vraiment bien présenté. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’établissement. Le service est qualitatif et la literie très confortable. Une grande partie du personnel est très agréable, notamment Abdouassamad, Mohamed, Badr Eddine et Khadija, qui ont été au top. Merci encore. Nous avons recommandé cet hôtel autour de nous et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Petit point à améliorer : l’accueil de certains membres du personnel, en particulier le responsable des serveurs, qui n’est pas toujours le même selon les clients. Nous sommes tous la pour passer un bon moment 😅
