“Paid full price for a different room. It looks nothing like the advertised pictures. When we complained, a staff member named Fahim was incredibly rude, dismissive, and non-apologetic. He refused to help, claimed they just have "different suites," and aggressively told us to take it up with Expedia. Shocking customer service. Avoid. “Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value.”

“Great location, good value for the money, clean and comfortable”
