We stayed four nights and not once did anyone come to take out trash or bring new toilet paper. Great location within 3 minute walk to restaurants, Room was clean and bed was comfortable. But the decor is very dated and tacky. Carpet had visible worn spots and appeared to be really old. I would not stay here again or recomment hotel to anyone.\

I was in Cheltenham for a festival, so what mattered to me was a centrally-located hotel with car parking, decent bed & bathroom. All of which they have...along with friendly and helpful staff (always a bonus). The hotel was clean and quiet and provided a decent basic breakfast. One point: car parking is limited, and would be challenging for anyone trying to put one of the big 4x4s so popular nowadays into one of the spaces.

Quite basic but clean, fluffy towels and tea/coffee making facilities. No aircon but there was a fan available and it was surprisingly quiet so we were able to sleep with the windows open. The properties behind the hotel, which our room faced, were being renovated so I imagine that could be noisy if staying during the week but we were there at weekend and it was surprisingly silent. There is underground parking at the hotel but that was full, however we parked in the Rodney Road multi-storey car park overnight and only cost £16. All very central.
