Charming hotel in a fabulous location. Our room (no5) was at the top of the hotel with a lovely little view of the river. Staff are lovely, we ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner, and the food was delicious! Bourton on the water is a lovely but very busy little village and this hotel with its lovely garden was a quiet oasis to escape to after a day of walking. Delicious breakfast too.

Ideal location for looking around the village. Nothing more than a five minute walk away. Hotel staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. 10% off meals in the Tap Room and free admission to the model village. Availability of parking spaces in the hotel car park between midday and 5pm is a bit pot luck but, other than that, not really anything to dislike about this place.
