Our stay was amazing from start to finish, the hotel, restaurants, bars and rooms are beautiful. The food is absolutely incredible, the service was also brilliant. Great vibes in the evening. The music can be quite loud into the evening on a saturday so I would recommend asking for a quieter room. Great stay, thank you for having us.

131 The Promenade is in an ideal location to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. Easy to get to and set on a lovely wide avenue. The Terrace restaurant has a good choice of meals, suiting everyones taste. Thre is also the splendid Kojo's restaurant which has an atmosphere reminiscent of the orient. The Gin&Juice bar is exactly that. Lively atmoshere and and endless variety of gins and cocktails

Amazing room and facilities, easy check in and friendly staff. However it is incredibly noisy at night time (which the hotel do pre-warn you about and supply ear plugs) so if you’re someone who can’t sleep with background noise then this is definitely not the place for you.
