Thefood at the restaurant was really good, however they have very few options to chose from. They closed it one day due to lack of staff and it's usually just open for dinner after 5pm. “Interesting history”

“Thomas and Marla were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their stories about the property and info about the town. We certainly enjoyed the use of their (front and back) gardens, and the extra marshmallows with the hot chocolate at breakfast were appreciated. We would stay at Cedar Wood Lodge again!”

“My stay was great, the only down point for me was that I am a light sleeper and this property is on the main street so lots of traffic coming through. If the noise is not an issue then I highly recommend. Excellent place to stay, central, you can walk anywhere from the cottage. Hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. They let me check in early which was amazing! They made sure everything was OK throughout the stay and provided everything I needed.”
