Very nice hotel. Clean room and close to everything in Courtenay. Staff were super friendly. Greeted us every time we came in and asked us how our stay is and if we needed anything. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Very nice place to stay. They had the best shower with one of those rainfall shower heads and lots of room in the shower. Our room was clean and welcoming. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool but it looked very nice. Front staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Just missing a few things in the kitchenette like a knife, cutting board, kettle, tea towels and the coffee machine in the lobby made very watery drinks. Staff was great and everything was good. Bed was super comfy and bedding as well.

Room was clean. Pool was very dirty and not all the way full—if it’s done for the year simply empty it! When the staff saw we wanted to swim they added more water which was kind and considerate. The sign saying “no life guard on duty” had a label (about towels which did not materialize) covering the “no” so it looked like there *was* a lifeguard on duty lol. Plates diner offered excellent breakfast and service next door.
