“The superior double room smelt abit. Room 32 floor 3. I think there had been a leek some time ago and that smell of off water was hanging around. None of the lights worked and there was no remote control for the TV. Apart from that it was a great old building. Full English the next morning was amazing.”

“Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.”

“Había un olor a humedad increíble en el baño y la cocina, la primera noche había alguien dando golpes en la puerta principal, gritaban por los pasillos a las 3am. Extractor de la cocina no funcionaba. Se tarda 15 minutos andando desde el autobús o metro. Al lado del polígono y el puerto con el ruido de maquinaria toda la noche. Relación calidad-precio mala. Precio muy bien comparado con lo que hay en el centro, pero ten claro que es un sitio solo para dormir, si se gusta la aventura adelante. ”

“Room was good for the price but there was a musky smell in the carpet and the blinds were all broken so light shining through no curtains to keep the light out unfortunately and no bed side lights either but not really much of an issue”

“STAY AWAY FROM THiS PLACE Pictures are not even close to the actual place. You have to buzz in for quite a long time just to get into the front door. They have absolutely no customer service. I am disputing the charge as fraud. Sheets looked like they had not been cleaned. The bathroom did not have all of the amenities they claimed were included. So bad we left and found another place to stay.”
