We had an amazing time at Temptation Resort! The resort was clean, the food was really good, and the atmosphere was incredible. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax during the day but also have lots of fun and party, this is definitely the place to go. What really made our trip special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, energetic, and made sure we were having a great time. A special shout-out to Alodiel, Andrea, Andres, Kenia, Rodrigo, Tania, Italice, and Fermin — you guys were amazing and made our vacation even better! Great food, great people, lots of fun, and an awesome party atmosphere. We would definitely come back to Temptation Resort. Highly recommended!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average. Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace. Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.

It was our second stay with the first being last year at about the same time. We had an ocean view room that was very well maintained and clean. The room is stocked with everything we needed including a well-stocked in room refrigerator. There are 3 infinity pools with various levels of activity. They have a great beach with service at the beach. We had seaweed coming in, but they were very active in cleaning it up. The food is very good with a broad spectrum of choices. They have a lot of activities available during the day and evenings. You also have the ability to go to one of the other nearby Riu locations for activities and entertainment. Overall, a great time was had by our group.
