I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional and unwelcoming. The front desk staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping guests, which set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was far below expectations. It was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the bedding, dust on surfaces, and an unpleasant odor that made it difficult to relax. The bathroom was equally concerning, with visible grime and poorly maintained fixtures. To make matters worse, basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. The air conditioning barely worked, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout my stay. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or customer service. I would not recommend staying here and will definitely not be returning.
