“room was of good standard staff were very polite and accommodating enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again / one small suggestion maybe a mop of some sort in the on suite as floor stayed very wet most of the time after showering

“It was a nice little hotel, room was spotless and the staff were very friendly.
However, if the current hot weather is going to be a recurring feature in future years, then the hotel may want to consider installing air conditioning going forward.
Obviously the heat wasn’t the fault of the hotel, and it didn’t detract the enjoyment of my stay. It’s merely a suggestion for the future.”

“The hotel and pub were very pleasant. The rooms were well-equipped and the food was excellent.
However, the service at the pub was inconsistent. While some tables were served, we were not and this was unclear.
The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. However, the room temperature was excessively high. We were forced to leave the room to cool down despite the outside temperature being over 35°C. The room was significantly hotter than the outside. Although fans were provided,...

“Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!”

“We arrived on Sunday and they seemed a bit surprised we arrived earlier then the check in time and it wasn’t opened. But they let us leave our luggage and our stay at the hotel was great. My boyfriend said he never stayed in a room as big in London. The bed, towel were great, good breakfast included. I would definitely recommend the hotel. ”

“No entiendo como llaman hotel, es una casa con habitaciones incómodas. Colchones en pésimas condiciones . Servicios de regadera y cafetería deficiente. Personal de restaurante grosero . Pésima opción a un precio irreal , lo único bueno de ese lugar es no volver .”
