Has a great 2 bedroom room. Only problem was that main bedroom is adjacent to street and the laundry/maintenance room. It was quite noisy in the morning with employees moving about and talking early in morning not allowing us to sleep. Location is great for train and tube as well as easy walking distance to Buckingham palace, Westminster and Big Ben. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order. Would definitely return here next time we are In London.

Not many shops nearby, however certain sites were walking distance. UNSAFE! The day of our arrival we noticed the the window with view and access to an alley did not have a working lock. We asked the staff for help to secure it and we were told there was no maintenance available until Monday and there were no more rooms available. With staff present, we managed to secure it with wood sticks that we found in a patio behind the hotel and asked for tape to get wood sticks to adhere to the frame of the window. Monday came and the window was NEVER fixed.

Great breakfast.

I would definitely stay here again. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Convenient location. Clean. Only downside was smallish room and stairs. But most older homes turned B&B’s won’t have an elevator. It’s just the way it is.

Rare to find an actual b&b these days. Lovely spot in Belgravia in an older Georgian property that has been renovated internally. Friendly staff. Easy walk to Victoria Station or to nearby buses.

Perfect location 5min walk to Victoria Bus station and coach station. Lovely complimentary breakfast and teas and coffee available all day. We were four adults and stayed in the family room. Nice big room and would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Belgravia B&B. Easy to get to from Victoria. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice. Soft bed in a nice and clean room. Toiletries upon request. Our room was at the top floor facing the garden - very little noise. We will definitely come back 🙂

Delightful stay

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at the B&B Belgravia. It’s a cozy B&B in a great central location, a nice quaint area, close to tourist attractions, bus lines and Victoria Station. They serve a delicious breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff is super nice and accommodating. We had an issue with the water temperature in the shower and they were quick to troubleshoot and find a fix. We had a delightful stay and we’d stay there again.

Basic but good

This B&B is located in Belgravia which is great. Overall its a very nice place to stay if you dont need a lot of luxuries. Its pretty basic but the breakfast is very good and the people are very nice and helpful. Getting in the first time is a bit tricky so be sure to let them know you're on the way so you can get instructions.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was good. But the room was small, the mattresses were very springy, the heat didn’t work, the sink didn’t drain well and the sliding door in front of the toilet left a big gap. That said, it was very clean, the street is quaint and quiet, and if you need something in a lower price range (though still pretty high, all told), this is your place.
