The room was immaculate. Staff friendly and professionally.

The breakfast was incredible, the room was cute and the staff was attentive! The only thing that would have made it better was if I could have stayed longer!

unique and memorable place to stay. a fully renovated centre-block for the hotel (beautiful) with some slightly spooky, atmospheric buildings adjacent. architecture exhibit on ground floor with history of the place-- engaging!nice restaurant, clean rooms, friendly staff. close to art gallery. free parking. fun place to stay in buffalo!

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. The only downside is that the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates and renovations. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and we would happily return.
