The staff were amazingly helpful and felt like they went out of their way to make certain our stay was perfect. Valet parking was a nice perk as well as the complimentary morning breakfast that included a pancake making machine and a very friendly breakfast hostess.

Breakfast was fine. They tried to give variety throughout the week. Room was clean but could use a little more detail. Staff was very helpful when I couldn't find my reservation. With their help, they finally found it without it being a bother. Prentiss was also very courteous at breakfast. He was willing to please. Rooms were quiet depending on jour neighbors.

Helpful staff and the room itself was pretty nice. However there was some trash leftover in the bathroom and the toilet clearly wasn't cleaned. The door to the bathroom had some green rust like stuff on it.

This location was near all the medical centers so I feel pretty safe not that we wandered out the 1 mile radius complimentary shuttle was also very convenient as they took us to a restaurant within the one mile and picked us up after we were done the only thing I don't like is that they charge for the shuttle service to the airport if I would have known that then we would have stayed closer to the airport the breakfast was also good everything was tasty

The front desk check-in was fast and the man was extremely helpful!!! I confirmed that they could drop and pick us up from a concert at Shea’s …for free. The valet parking worked well too! The free breakfast had a variety of items and the coffee was hot. Only issue was the noise in the hallway at 2 am from other guests coming back from a night out and talking loudly in front of our door for 10 minutes.
