Nice location to visit the Niagara Falls (12min walking). Breakfast is complementary and it was good. The hotel entrance needed attention, been the first impression, it was trash, spider webs and cigarretes all over. the room bathroom needed a deep clean because it had mold in the shower. Front desk lady was nice and helpful, as we check out we were able to leave our backpacks there for few hrs til we were ready to go to the airport.

The hot breakfast was basic with eggs and sausage no waffle maker nor fresh fruit or yogurt like Hampton Inn. The beds were comfortable however the bathroom was covered with mold and mildew. The drapes were also stained and base boards needed a good scrubbing. .

The pool was clean. The bed was comfy and the pillows were great. That being said it wasn't the cleanest. The hallways were not regulary mopped and there were definitely some dirty spots in our room. I would say it's slightly less nice than a hampton inn and suites but it was definetly worth it for tbr price.

The room was basic and adequate. Nothing special. Had an odd smell when I got there, but dissipated after the first day. Refrigerator was not working properly, but staff handled the problem and a new fridge was delivered. Hotel in general needed some TLC. Breakfast was adequate, but in need of variety. If you’re there for more than a day or two it can be off putting. Not sure who or what was in the room above me, but there was stomping and banging throughout the night. Left as soon as I could on checkout day and waited at the train station for 3 hours instead of my room.

A good reasonably priced hotel to stay at Niagara Falls with pretty much all Niagara Falls attractions within walking distance. Clean room and proper air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and room had all the amenities available. Staff were nice and helpful. The vending machines are bit outdated with not many options (only cash); hallways looked a bit outdated with spotty floors and the free wifi was nice however not reliable. But none of it was a big deal to us. The complimentary breakfast was a great plus. Overall, this was about what you would expect from a 3 star hotel.

The common areas were dirty. Room was clean and fine. We liked the layout of the 2 bedroom w our kids. The front desk was not very helpful and even asked me to bring dirty towels down to them because they were short staffed. Hotel was walkable to several restaurants and other activities. Bed and towels were clean—that was about it. There was trash in the hallways, breakfast area was not clean, lobby furniture was stained and worn. In need of a good deep clean. I didn’t want to put anything on the floor in my room. After checking around crevices in the hotel room after another guest told me they found bugs, I found large brownish red stains on the mattress. I also started finding garbage like tags and a water bottle under the bed/nightstand and under the seat cushion found a lot of crumbs/hair. A lot of surfaces in the bathroom, like the door, were dirty. I decided to vacate the property. The outside of the hotel and lobby/hallways looked to be well maintained. Good location.
