The check in was super easy and the gentleman that checked us in was very attentive and helpful. We were on our way home to Maine from Ohio. My daughter's husband had never been to Niagara Falls so we detoured here. We reserved two rooms. The clerk put us in side-by-side rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fluffy towels. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected. There was a bus load of Chinese tourists who were not respectful of personal space and did not clear there tables.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was right off the highway. Plenty of room for parking. Room was spotless. Common area was clean and was able to heat up a cup of soup and sit at one of the tables at 11:30 at night. It was nice.
