“大学へのスクーリングのため4連泊で利用しました。アクセス面や無料の駐車場など、サービス面はとてもよく概ね良好なホテルです。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープに加え、化粧水やボディローションまで揃ってます。ヘアアイロン等も借りられるので、人によっては旅の荷物がかなり減らせそうです。また、今回は個人的な事情で利用しませんでしたが、食事もリーズナブルで美味しそうでした。ランチメニューがかなりお得です。 少し残念な点は、せっかくのジェットバスの浴槽がカビてたこと。これが理由で滞在中はシャワーしか使いませんでした。また、別の方のレビューでも見かけましたが、ランドリーがないので長期滞在には向かないかと思いました。”

“We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...
