Nice hotel, fantastic value. We had what appeared to be an older room, with harder beds where you could feel the springs, but the room was extremely clean and quiet, and the room we had with three beds was actually quite large.

The hotel building is by no means new, and the facilities in the rooms are far from state-of-the-art. However, the rooms are spacious, the accommodation fees are very reasonable, and the location is highly convenient, being just about two minutes from Koshien Station. There’s even a shopping mall between the hotel and the train station.

Mediocre hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly and they all spoke English. The hotel is dated and worn. There was mildew all over the bathroom. The beds are very hard and the springs creak. There was only one pillow per bed. The comforters on the beds were nice and fluffy. The washer dryer unit needed 2 extra dry cycles to get my jeans dry.
