- relatively big rooms with some storage space and surfaces - friendly and helpful staff - very nice elevated walk to Hanshin Amagasaki station (not JR Amagasaki), easy access from there to Kobe and Osaka - no big supermarket nearby, but plenty of convenience stores, front desk will microwave your foods if necessary - mechanical keys, old carpets, old furniture, shower in the bathtub - whole hotel is old and in dire need of renovation - lobby is nice and big but weirdly empty, no proper sitting opportunities

Great hotel and close to the train station and 20 minutes from the center of Osaka. Definitely recommend staying here if you want to stay just outside the city center and be still be a ride away to the city.

ちょっと古さは否めない。 受付の女性の方は対応も非常に良く、配慮もあり、とても好感度がありました。 部屋のトイレの横の排水溝のカバーが、養生テープで止められており、何度となく、テープの粘着力が弱りカバーが外れてしまうことがありました。養生テープで貼らなければならない状況であるなら、水分量の多いお風呂場の対応はどうなのかな？と。また養生テープを使わないといけないようなお部屋を利用するのも、あまり気持ちの良いものではありませんでした。 とりあえず、受付へ申し出て、すぐには直していただけました。ただカバーが外れて排水管などがむき出しに見えるものを見てしまっていたので、直していただいたとは言え、きちんとしたお部屋に通していただきたかったなぁと思ってます。料金が比較的安めのカジュアルなホテルではなく、古さあっても丁寧に対応してくださるとホテルを選んだのだから、受付の男性のスタッフの説明や、対応力に関して、少し気分が削がれた正直な気持ちです。 このホテルの中華料理は、手ごろな料金で美味しくいただいております。 隣のアルカイックホール利用の際は、また宿泊することもあるかと思います。

やや古さを感じますが、落ち着いた雰囲気、客室は清潔感もあり、スタッフの方々の対応にも品を感じました。 朝食ビュッフェも尼崎ちゃんぽんや明石焼と、地元のメニューがあり、美味しかったです。 また利用させていただきたいです。 強いていえば、お茶の時間に喫茶に行ったもののほとんどケーキは残っておらず残念でした。
