Excellent. Had the springs to myself the entire time. Buying the breakfast was worth it. The transportation shuttle was convenient. Staff were great. Only wish I could have bought the hanten.

The hotel is really nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate their shuttle service. At first, I thought it was easy to walk uphill with my luggage. It was NOT easy at all. Then , they taught me how to make phone call from the pay phone.

Great hotel for family with children

We stayed at the hotel as a family of 5 adults plus 1 infant. The hotel was as described on the website with baby-friendly amenities and quiet environment. The staffs were friendly and nice to kids. The food was amazingly good but it has a little portion of many different dishes so all of us weren't able to finish (sadly). The onsen was perfect for all of us to relax after a long day travel.

My partner and I, from Canada, stayed for one night in November. We loved our large room, with a nice stone bathtub, and a beautiful view of the mountains & the leaves starting to change. We got the 1/2 board with kobe beef, and thought the food and service were excellent. The private bath was lovely, and so was the outdoor onsen. The onsen is open all night, which is good because I feel like this ryokan is a family-focused hotel (when we were at breakfast we were the only table without a baby). Another guest told me that when they visited the onsen there were LOTS of kids playing, which is cute and we love children… but perhaps not the most relaxing experience lol. So we were very happy to learn that the onsen is open all night long. This is an older hotel, some of the features looked a little dated, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall, we loved the experience and would return. Keep in mind that this is definitely a family focussed hotel, and it is located up a steep hill. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the train station.

We had an excellent stay. The only issue is the hotel shuttle from train station to the hotel. You need call the hotel to request a shuttle and had trouble to make international cell phone call. We end up to use a pay phone to call the hotel.

Very good hot spring hotel

Everything is perfect here. One thing I don't like is. You have a long walk to do outdoor hot spring. The dinner and breakfast is really good. Room are well equipped. Staff are super nice and helpful. And do a bit shopping here. Highly recommended.

一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。
