Excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay because it's clean, welcoming, and great location - easy access to Universal studios, subway, and a lot of stores including drugstores. Their buffet breakfast and Welcome Lounge are top notch. The only thing that I wish they could offer is laundry.

Room and location were great! Located right next to USJ. Plenty of dining options as well as a convenience store nearby. There is also a paid parking lot right underneath that made it really convenient if coming by car.
