We really loved Hotel Keihan. They had great service staff, and the amenities were top notch. They definitely considered families when building this hotel. Children had their own sleepwear and amenities. The food was great at the breakfast cafe. It was right beside Universal-City station and about 5 mins walk to USJ. There were lots of food options available just outside the hotel. Lawson was right below the hotel which made it even more convenient. Highly recommend this place for families!

This is a great hotel if you are going to Universal Studios Park, one entrance is right on the Universal City Walk and the subway and Starbucks. You can take the subway or get a taxi into downtown Osaka, about 20-30 minutes.

Excellent for a theme-park hotel and perfectly designed for families. Clean and spacious rooms with lovely views. Rooms, facilities and staff were all excellent. Downside: Stick to the standard buffet breakfast downstairs, as the "premium" buffet was really not worth it, in terms of variety and quality. We did not try the buffet dinner because of this impression from breakfast.

Love love love this hotel! Everything was great. Located directly next to USJ (within 400ft) and even closer to a train station. The only downside is that you do have to take the train to get into the mix of the city. You cannot just walk out the hotel as it is located in the port next to USJ. But the train ride to a busy area is only about 3 min. Lovely stay, can’t wait to go again!

Nice hotel if visit the Universal Park. Exactly as you see it in the pictures. It has a good overview of the park and the previous mall. They gave us a voucher for a drink in the restaurant and we had mash mallow with chocolate and a drink in a very rainy evening. They have also lockers to store your backpacks before the checking and the let our luggage directly in the room.

it was noisy with foot steps over night. air conditioning did not work right away. yet the room was spacious and the tab filled up so quick. also amenities were useful.

Great location for families and USJ

Two day stay family of 5- our room was a perfect accommodation for our needs with two bunk beds and a twin. We appreciated the toilet room separate from sink and shower space. We purchased USJ tickets from the concierge and were unable to load them onto the app for timed entry. This was inconvenient because we ended up wasting some time upon entering the park to see how we might add the paper tickets to our app. However, the tickets were cheaper by about 1500JPY. Breakfast and dinner buffets were very pricey so we skipped those but enjoyed food from Universal City walk which is right outside the door of the lobby. Great location for USJ.
