“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here overall, but the experience was bookended by two entirely different worlds. Check-in on the afternoon of 18 August was an absolute breeze—the receptionist who assisted me was a proper professional, welcoming and efficient, setting a cracking first impression. Unfortunately, check-out on the morning of 19 August (around 10:00 a.m.) was an absolute shambles that completely derailed an otherwise brilliant stay, courtesy of the two older reception staff....

“Muy agradable a la vista y con buen servicio del personal y buen desayuno. Al centro de la ciudad y a la Catedral se hacen 15 minutos caminado y a 10 minutos la estación de tren.”

“Nos dieron cuartos viejos con colchones del siglo pasado, olían a caño y se les metía el frío y el ruido, hay una sección que se ve nueva y nos dieron la peor por coincidencia? Porque creen que los mexicanos traemos plumas o porque como vienes con hotels.com ya no puedes hacer nada”

“busqué un hotel, haciendo filtro con servicio de GYM, y cuando llegué había que pagar aparte. Desayuno bueno. cama muy cómoda. bañera/ducha vieja....”

“Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I liked the decorations of the room and spacious. Parked at new market car park for good security and bigger parking space. I didn't like hotel's weak secured free WiFi.”
