“La instalacion terrible. Nos vimos obligados a cancelar la estadia por la suciedad. Hablamos con el Manager y nos comento que hablaramos con ustedes para el reembolso. No es la primera vez que utilizamos su compania y nos impresiono en esta oportunidad Negativamente. Quedo pendiente de una respuesta . Gracias.”

Restaurant staff were warm, helpful and friendly, apart from the male wearing a white shirt and jeans who was abrupt. Restaurant surroundings were lovely and the food was nice. Would recommend”

“The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and is within walking distance of Newcastle University. The city centre is also easily accessible by bus. The staff were exceptional: warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Free coffee was also available throughout the day, which was a nice extra.”
