No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too

Unfortunately, we found the bed quite uncomfortable. It creaked rather loudly whenever we turned from one side to the other, which often woke us up during the night. The mattress was also very soft, and we tended to sink into it, making it difficult to get a comfortable and restful night’s sleep. We feel that a more comfortable bed would greatly improve the overall experience.
