Location, location and the staff!!! You cannot beat the location, only 2 mins from the main train station which make it easier to go anywhere. The staff are super accommodating and friendly. The room is nice too, only a bit outdated is the bathroom but did not bother us at all. Also,buffet breakfast is good and below 16 yrs old is free!!!

Clean, affordable and great location. Hotel room was spacious and perfect for a night away. One of the beside table lamps didn't work and bathroom was a bit small but ideal for one. Would book again if I needed an affordable, clean place to stay with ideal city location. Also only 15 mins train from the airport.

Great hotel to stay for several days on Vienna. Stuff is very helpful, especially russian speaking lady at the desk ( very beatiful ). Breakfast is average but decent. U wont stay hungry for sure. Clean rooms. AC wroking properly ( 624 ). Was staying with my sister and her son - 3rd bed was comfortable enough.

Good hotel at a very convenient location with regard to transportation and access to city center. Room was good, clean and cleaning staff was very nice. Reception staff was also very welcoming. Breakfast was very basic, same every day of the week, and breakfast staff not very attending, limiting available seats and times buffet was open. Otherwise, a pleasant location.
