Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check‑in, which immediately made the experience feel special. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently polite, friendly, and welcoming. Our Junior Suite was extremely spacious, and the balcony was an unexpected highlight — the view of the city was incredible. The bathroom was also impressively large, with both a bidet and a toilet, which added a nice touch of comfort and convenience. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t speak to the dining options, but everything else about our stay was excellent. We would happily return.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms was big and very clean, the bed comfortable.it' s not in the city center, but outside the hotel there is a tram stop, so it's easy to reach the main streets of Wien, or if you prefer you can walk to the center it takes about 15' walking fast.

Amazing clean spacious rooms, modern. Great location. Friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast but am sure it would have been amazing. Points deducted for the very basic gym. Hotels really need to put more effort in the gym area, it can be the make or break for some people
