Loved staying at this property. Right next to the central train station and within easy walking distance to shoes, restaurantes, and museums. We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from Vienna Central Station, making it very convenient for our family to travel by train. We especially loved our room with a railway view. My son is a train fan, so watching the trains from our window made our stay even more memorable. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being close to the station. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious choices, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was the perfect base for exploring Vienna and even taking a day trip to Salzburg. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

Very efficient and affordable option for those who love to explore. Right next to train station that allows you to move around the city and Europe with ease. We had a great stay at this hotel. Expecting 2 beds in one room, the separate space for the kids with sliding doors to block off the rooms was fantastic. When we asked for more mugs, they were quickly brought up to us and the minibar was restocked every day. We also had a small second fridge which was great for lunch supplies to help keep our costs down. The gym was quite basic. My husband would have appreciated a bench and heavier weights. We only used it once in the end. The kids loved the playroom and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located and very easy to access the underground as well as mainline trains if you fancy going further afield.
